The breakfast was decent and the rooms had enough space for our luggage. the location was convenient for exploring the nearby attractions and there were plenty of convenience stores around. We also appreciated the helpful staff.

The hotel was quite far from the train stations and the walk to them was not pleasant, especially in the rain. the beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were too hard, making it difficult to sleep well.

Hotel mainly caters for (Japanese) business travellers and the location is not ideal for sightseeing, but shuttle bus is convenient. Otherwise public transport options are very limited! Most staff members did not speak or understand one word of English. Bathroom ceiling too low for westerners --> could not stand upright in the bathtub/shower. Not a good place to recover from a long journey. Mattress was too stiff to sleep comfortably + front desk would call if the key had not been handed in by 10 AM.

Revisit the same hotel during winter time: Bed was too close to window as such we can feel the chill during the night The area was too quiet after 8pm.

The location of this hotel is great! It's within walking distance to Sensoji temple and close to other Asakusa stations. The shuttle bus to Ueno station saved me time and money. The room was small but had all necessary facilities including a fridge, tea maker, and a clean bathroom with a heated seat toilet. I especially enjoyed the free Japanese breakfast and the welcoming staff.
